Aadhaar Card
Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique identity number which every Indian citizen must have. The data is collected by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

Click on update your details on the website.
Now after getting OTP on your registered mobile, you can make changes in your Adhaar Card. As per the requirement of the website have to attach a Self-Attested Identification document as a proof to check your identification.
Pan Card
For applying for education loan from the time of applying for a job and opening a bank account, a PAN card is required. If there is a change in name, date of birth, etc. in the PAN card, it can be done easily.

Then click on the online service for citizen option on the website. Now click on the PAN card change and correction. Attach the photocopy of your ID proof, address proof and PAN, and make necessary changes to the PAN card here.
Passport
Visit http://passportindia.gov.in to modify the passport. Register by clicking on new user option. Click on the Home button and click on the existing ID. Now after typing the id password, click on the download e-form. Click Fresh or Reissue Passport to fill in the correct information and upload the form. Click on pay and schedule appointment fee.
Voter id
If you have to change voter ID then visit http://www.nvsp.in
Click on the correction of entries in electronic role option of this website. After this you can correct information such as spelling of your name, photo, and address. You have to login your number and mail id for this. For any type of change here, you must have an ESE Certificate and a Residential Proof Certificate. Your voter ID changes reflects within 30 days of applying with complete information.
