The Future Air Taxis:
Technology is growing at jet speed. The future of commutation Air taxi (essentially a cross between a helicopter and a drone) has been tested in Dubai. If you want to reach a destination faster and avoid traffic jams soon the new technology will help you fly.
The Autonomous Air Taxi (AAT), vertical take-off and landing air taxi concept was test-flown at a cruising speed of 50 km/h, and a maximum airspeed of 100 km/h.
The AAT looks like a helicopter with a drone’s rotors attached to the top with 18 propellers. The driverless air taxis will fly based on GPS tracks. In case of emergency parachutes and batteries are fitted to help you out. The AAT was supplied by Volocopter famous German manufacturer, known for its helicopter drone hybrid
