A well-known motivational speaker, founder President of Bhardwaj Foundation is a graduate from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, having 45 years of Industry experience. Mr.Bhardwaj has been nominated as a Member of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Mr. Bhardwaj has played diverse roles in various Public Sector Undertakings,  Chairman of Instrumentation Limited (Kota),  Managing Director Hindustan Salts Ltd and Sambhar Salts Ltd (Jaipur) and Managing Director of Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL Jaipur), a Miniratna PSU. His unique management style had a miraculous effect to take the organisations to a great height and make a lucrative turnover. He is popularly known as troubleshooter management expert for his managerial skills and for leading companies with 1000’s of employees. He has visited places across the globe – Germany, Malaysia, Japan, UK, Denmark, Switzerland gaining vast industrial exposure. Over the years he has gained experience and knowledge in HR, P&A, Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, Materials Management, Marketing and IT.
